WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, we request your items directly from our supplier. This is to avoid over ordering - No excess and NO WASTE!

Your job is all done, now it's our turn. We will pack your order and deliver it to the show for you. All you need to do is pick up your order at the official UK Drum Show stand on Saturday 18th - Sunday 19th October 2025 at the ACC Liverpool.

Just show your confirmation email - NO SHIPPING AND LESS CARBON FOOTPRINT!

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM?

Look out for the official UK Drum Show stand in the ACC Liverpool entrance hall.

CAN I BULK BUY AN ITEM?

We accept bulk orders. If you find our shop is limiting your desired quantity then please contact us via our contact form at the bottom of this page.

WHAT IF I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE?

Our garments are true to size, but we know that fit can be personal, so we’re happy to help if we can.

When you collect your order at the show, we may be able to swap sizes for you. However, we’ll have a limited quantity available for purchase on the day - first come, first served. An exchange is not always possible and we do not offer refunds.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
